VH reminds Gutta of political prostitution
Veteran Congress leader V. Hanumantha Rao on Monday regretted that his party leaders were defecting to the ruling TRS, although the party had no democratic values or believed in freedom for its members.
Talking to the media in Hyderabad, VH was angry that the leaders who had enjoyed positions in the Congress were now leaving it. He said in this connection that Gutta Sukhender Reddy, G.Vivek and G.Vinod had let down the Congress. The people would themselves teach them a lesson.
He reminded that Sukhender Reddy had commented in the past that the defection was nothing but political prostitution. What a fall from the moral high ground, he added.
He alleged they were joining the ruling party to make money.
