People run out as tremors hit Piduguralla

People in the rocky terrain of Piduguralla in Guntur district experienced earth tremors for two seconds and ran out of their houses on Friday, according to a report. Ongole in the neighbouring Prakasam district also experienced tremors recently. The Ongole tremors occurred in the night and the people there had to sleep in the open for the night. Balijapalem, Botla Gudur, Innimerla, Pamuru and Kambhaladinne experienced tremors for three seconds at the same time. Earthquake Watch which monitors seismic activity worldwide has not mentioned the Piduguralla tremors. Earthquakes of low intensity are not recorded by it.
