Bonda Uma finds no issue for Mudragada fast

TDP leader Bonda Uma said on Thursday that Kapu Unity Front leader Mudragada Padmanabham did not know why he had gone on a fast-unto-death. This was becasue the government was committed to fulfilling the promises made to him and the community. The government was in the process of meeting the demands. If the Kapu leaders had any doubts about the fulfillment of the demands, they could discuss those with Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu. Uma said it was not proper to use caste to sponsor oneself. He charged that Mudragada was causing a loss to the Kapu cause by his actions. At the same time, the TDP leader said there was no chance that those behind the Tuni violence would be spared. It is the immediate issue for Mudragada, who wants all those arrested to be released forthwith and cases against all Kapu youth should be withdrawn.
