TRS Govt GOs on Mallannasagar not valid: Kodandaram

While the ruling TRS leaders suddenly launched a tirade against political JAC convenor for asking the TRS government to step down for failing on all fronts, Prof Kodandaram, who had chosen not to reply, on Monday flayed the government for thwarting the provisions of Land Acquisition law. He gave an ultimatum to the TRS government to stop land acquisition for Mallannasagar. Speaking in the KCR bastion of Medak, Kodandaram made it clear that the GOs being passed by the Telangana government were not valid in terms of the Land Acuisition laws. The government should constitute a gram sabha, and announce the amount fixed for the land acuisition.
