Kodandaram flayed for telling KCR to quit

The Joint Action Committee convenor, Kodandaram, was the butt of cririticism by ruling Telangana Rashtra Samiti ministers and leaders on Monday. Kodandaram had said the TRS government should resign because it had failed on all fronts. This was enough for TRS ministers to put the professor in the firing line. Finance Minister Eatela Rajender said Kodandaram should not utter whatever occurred to him. While everyone, inlcluding political leaders, were praising Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao, how could Kodandaram criticise his government? KCR had united all parties and achieved Telangana. Now he was taking the State on the path of progress. He had waived off Rs 17,000 crore loans of indebted farmers. Minister Jagadeeshwar Reddy saw somebody making Kodandaram to say such things. He would like to know who the leader was. The government resolve was to help the farmers irrigate 10 million acres. Against this background, it was unfair of Kodandaram to criticise KCR. In any case, Kodandaram mindset had changed since his return from the trip to the US.
