Cloud cover stalls aircraft movement

Aircraft movement was severely affected on Saturday owing to heavy cloud cover and intermittent rains in Hyderabad, Vijayawada and New Delhi. The aircraft movement at Rajiv Gandhi International airport in Hyderabad was stalled owing to the weather conditions. From Gannavaram in Vijayawada, there was not a single take-off till the afternoon. Same was the case at Delhi airport. By 11.30 am in Hyderabad, the Sun was shining and things were bound to improve at the airport.
