Nellore TDP reins for Anam brothers opposed
The ruling Telugu Desam Party has almost decided to put Nellore and Atmakur towns in the hands of the Anam brothers, Ramnarayan Reddy and Vivekananda Reddy. This recommnedation was made to party supremo and Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu by Minister Narayana.
Narayana reportedly told the Chief Minister that he would look after Nellore rural, but Nellore and Atmakur towns be placed in the hands of the Anam brothers. They were invited to join the party for the specific purpose.
However, the proposal has been opposed by G. Kannababu, party in-charge in the district. He told the party leadership that if he was sidelined, he would not work for the party.
Chandrababu is believed to be of the view that all the concerned should discuss the matter further. He gave this responsibility to Narayana himself. Then the party in-charge for the respective areas would be announced.
