Heavy rush in Tirumala, 20 hours for darshan

Pilgrims in large number are reaching Tirumala to have a darshan of Lord Venkateswara. Heavy rush is due to summer holidays and Mahanadu of ruling Telugu Desam Party in Tirupati. Pilgrims are waiting in long queues for darshan which is taking about 20 hours. Rooms are not available for ordinary pilgrims as the rooms are blocked for leaders and workers of TDP who came for participating in Mahanadu. As summer holidays are going to end in a few days, several pilgrims are visiting the temple. As all compartments in Vaikuntam queue complex are filled with pilgrims, a big queue is there outside it. Due to the heavy rush of the pilgrims, VIP break darshan is restricted to those persons only who come under the protocol.
