They alleged that the authorities were not responding to their repeated complaints. All the people who had consumed the municipality supplied water are complaining of health problems. The civic authorities should quickly take up the drinking water issue, as Vijayawada forms part of the capital region, and solve it expeditiously. They should track down the source of the pollution.
