DK Aruna seeks Harish Rao help for Jurala victims

Hyderabad, May 14: Former Minister DK Aruna today called on Irrigation Minister T Harish Rao and sought his help to victims of Jurala submergence area in Palamur district. Along with victims’ the Congress leader met Harish Rao at Secretariat and sought compensation pending for ten years. Aruna apprised the minister of the problems of about 270 families became victims under the project and deprived of facilities and survival. After taking stock of the problem, Harish Rao assured that he will look into the positively to help the victims. The state government will resolve the issue and ensure that the victims get financial help in one month he said.
