Sucharita Reddy alleges TRS pumping money in Palair

Sucharita Reddy, Ramreddy Venkatreddy's widow, who is in the fray in the Palair by-election, has addressed an open letter to the people of the constituency, stating that the ruling TRS party is pumping money in the constituency like nothing ever before. `This kind of money one can't earn even if one struggles for the next 100 years,' she added. Sucharita straight asked the TRS, `How could you make this kind of money in just 2 years? She cautioned the people against being bought off by the money bags compromising democratic values. She told the constituents that if they were not alert to the situation, they were bound to fall into a TRS trap. Sucharita reminded the people that she had been in public life for the last half-a-century along with her husband who went on to become the Public Accounts Committee Chairman. When with such a background she was facing difficulties, Sucharita wondered how steep the fall in democratic values under TRS rule would be. The Congress candidate alleged that the TRS was enacting one drama after another on the public stage and taking advantage of the people's sentiments. Sucharita said she would go by the values set by her husband and work for the people.
