`Gabbar Singh' claims first victim in Karnataka
`Sardar Gabbar singh' claimed its first victim in the Alankar theatre in Pavagada in Tumkur district in Karnataka on Friday. The Power Star Pawan Kalyan-starrer has eagerly been awaited in Karantaka. It was over a chance remark that a clash took place between two groups of film goers. The facts of the case are as follows: Rakesh Nayak of Pavagada went to see the film with his friends. During the film, there was some adverse comment on the hero. This was not liked by Rakesh and his friends. Soon there was a clash between the filmn goers. They used swords in the attack on each other. Rakesh Nayak was felled in the attack. He died on the spot. The police have registered a case and are investigating. The film is having a simultaneous release in Telugu and Hindi. It may be revealing that the Tollywood stars have their fan following all over the country. The youth in upcountry feel happy repeating the characteristic actions of their stars. The Karnataka incident is however unfortunate.
