Jagan is rare, Chandrababu brilliant, says Jyothula

The YCP leader, Jyothula Nehru, who is about to join the ruling TDP, maintains equanimity between Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and the YCP leader, YS Jaganmohan Reddy.
