Ravela Susheel gets bail in Nirbhaya case
Ravela Susheel, son of AP Minister Ravela Koshore Babu, has been granted bail in the stalking, chasing and outraging the modesty of a woman case in the Banjara Hills police station limits in Hyderabad. Along with Susheel, the car driver has also been granted bail. The incident, which went viral on TV networks, showed the white limousine of the Minister's son stalking and chasing a Muslim woman, who was trying to reach safety, desperately. What was not shown was the accused pulling the hand of the woman so as to drag her into his car. In the event, Susheel was beaten by the woman's husband and passers-by. Susheel was subsequntly slapped with the Nirbhaya Act.
