KCR says poll wins are people's blessings for TRS

Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao on Wednesday thanked the people for overwhelmingly voting for the ruling TRS in the second phase of corporation elections. He said the people were welcoming the development policies of his government through their vote. They are indeed blessing the TRS government, he felt. On its part, the TRS would fulfill its promises made during the campaigning. The TRS had received overwhelming majority in Greater Warangal, Khammam Corporation and Achchampeta Nagar Panchayat elections. Ministers Tummala Nageswar Rao, MLC Palla Rajeswar Reddy and Balaraju MLA greeted the Chief Minister for the TRS successes in the polls. There was a massive turnout of people to greet Chandrasekhar Rao when he returned from Mumbai after signing five river water agreements with his Maharashtra counterpart, Devendra Phadnavis, in Hyderabad on Tuesday evening.
