Five-year leaders still behave like feudals

The five-year leaders are monarchs and their relatives are royals of all they survey. At Balrampur in Uttar Pradesh, the brothers of local MLA, Jagram Paswan, could not tolerate their car being overtaken by one mobike rider Jairam Yadav. The brothers, Annu Paswan and Sadhu Paswan, confronted him and shot him dead. Jairam was returning after attending a wedding. The incident occurred at Tariapurva village in the Thanepur police station limits in the Jagram Paswan constituency. The police have filed a case and are investigating.
