Film comedienne Banda Jyothi dead

Telugu film comedienne Banda Jyothi died in her flat at Chitrapuri in Hyderabad on Friday. The comedienne earned a name for her unique style of comedy in Telugu films. She acted in films such as Vijayaramaraju, Kalyana Ramudu, Bhadrachalam, Andagadu, Swayamvaram, Ganesh and so on. In what can be described as the worst year of the Telugu film industry, there have been many deaths. Banda Jyothi had been unwell for quite some time. Many artistes have expressed grief over her death. Back to back deaths of the artistes has plunged the industry in gloom.
