No case against Dilip Kumar: Court
The Girgam Magistrate's Court in Mumbai has quashed cheque bounce cases against veteran hero Dilip Kumar, giving him a clean chit. Dilip was honorary chairman of GK ExIm India since 1998. The cheques issued by the company had bounced. When the affected people moved the court, a case was filed against the company directors. Dilip Kumar was subsequently given exemption from the court appearance on account of his health. The court agreed that Dilip had no direct dealings in the company matters. Similarly, he had no responsibility for the company cheques bouncing. After a comprehensive review, the court quashed the proceedings against Dilip Kumar.
