Five-Star hotel prices Rs.1 lakh+ in Rajasthan
Taking advantage of the current Festival Season rush, five-star hotels in Rajasthan are increasing the rates by tens of thousands rupees per day. The Taj, Oberoi and Leela hotels have raised the tariff for the New Year following the rush of tourists. Daily room charge is anywhere between Rs.40,000 and Rs.60,000. It has been made compulsory for the guests to take part in New Year celebrations, for which there are different rates. The rate fixed for the New Year coupons is Rs30,000 and above. This means each guest to the five-star hotels will have to shell down the room rent, New Year festivities charges, New Year coupon rate, which together will cost a small fortune. December 31 stay in the hotels will cost anything above Rs.1 lakh, it is reported.
