Woman's daring solves harassment

A woman, who is facing sexual harassment from a person in Gwalior, has boldly confronted the police and demanded that she be either protected from the person concerned or be given permission to kill him. She was also being harassed on the social media by the person, she added. The woman dared to barge into a police officials' meeting and told the Superintendent of Police about the harassment she was facing. She told the police official that one Guddu Vajpayee was harassing her on a daily basis. She had complained to the police several times but without any preventive action. If the police do not act on the matter, she had no other go but to commit suicide, she told the official. Immediately responding to her plea, the Police Superintendent ordered the arrest of Guddu Vajpayee and protection for the woman.
