Babu's hold on administration loosening: JC

J.C. Divakar Reddy, TDP MP, finds laxity in the AP administration. Previously AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu used to hold a leash on the administration, but that is no more the case now. The change may have come about because Chandrababu does not wish to alienate the administration, and pay politically the price in the elections. However, the Chief Minister may have to regain the hold on the administration for State's progress. Talking to newsmen on Monday afternoon, Divakar Reddy said the Congress culture was still strong in him. He regretted that people's grievances were not being reflected both in Parliament and State Assembly and attributed this to failure of the opposition parties to take up people's causes. As for Rayalaseema's development, he said the region was again being bypassed.
