Mayor Anuradha murder: Police announce Rs 1 lakh reward for info on Chintu

Hyderabad, Nov 20: Chittoor police have announced a reward of Rs 1 lakh for information on the whereabouts of Chandrasekhar, alias Chintu, the main accused in the brutal murder of Chittor Mayor Karati Anuradha and her husband and TDP leader Katari Mohan. Director General RP Thakur announced this information to the media this morning after inspecting the scene of crime at the Chittoor Municipal Corporation office along with higher officials. Thakur then went to Mayor Anuradha's residence in the town. Meanwhile, there are unconfirmed reports that Chintu had surrendered to the police.
