Central govt employees to stage maha dharna tomorrow over 7th pay commission report
Hyderabad, Nov 18: In protest against the seventh pay commission's proposed report on the wage increase, central government employees are gearing up for a nation-wide maha dharna bringing rail, income tax, excise and postal service to a grinding halt tomorrow. Speaking to media this morning, National Federation of Indian Railways (NFIR) leader said they would also be protesting against privatisation and FDI in several government sectors. They are demanding a minimum salary of Rs 26,000 pm and 67 per cent pension.
