HC posts next hearing in AgriGold scam to next Monday

Hyderabad, Nov 16: The High Court in Hyderabad postponed the next hearing in the AgriGold fraud case to next Monday and then directed the CID to submit its investigation report to the court. The court also directed C-1 Company to submit the details of the procedure to sell the properties of AgriGold. Earlier, the advocate for the petitioners appealed to the court to ensure that no benami properties were sold by the AgriGold owners.
