Nitish Kumar may take oath on November 20

Hyderabad, Nov 10: Bihar Chief Minister-designate Nitish Kumar is set to take oath and form the new government on November 20 in Patna. Forming his new council of ministers will not be an easy task for Nitish Kumar as his partner Lalu Prasad Yadav's RJD party has won more seats than his Janata Dal (United) party. Nitish may apply the formula of one minister for every five lawmakers. Lalu Yadav is likely to ask for a ministerial post for one of his two sons, both first-time lawmakers, Tej Pratap, 27, and Tejaswi, 26. Meanwhile, Nitish's another partner Congress party, which won 27 of the 41 seats it contested, could ask for some important ministries.
