Maoists issue death threat to TS Minister

Warangal, Oct 29: Posters warning Telangana Tourism Minister Ajmeera Chandulal of dire consequences for allegedly encouraging fake encounters in the state, surfaced in Kamalapuram of Mangapeta mandal in Warangal district today. Handwritten posters bearing the name of KKW secretary Damodar warned that local representatives would be tried in people's court in connection with the encounter death of Sruthi and Vidyasagar Reddy . The Maoists alleged that Chandulal won the election with the support of BILT workers but had not yet initiated measures to reopen the company. A police team led by SI Srikanth Reddy removed the posters and launched hunt to trace those who had put up the posters.
