JD Seelam accuses Modi for deceiving AP on special status

Hyderabad, Oct 22: Congress leader and former union minister Jesudasu Seelam today accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of deceiving the people of Andhra Pradesh by not announcing either a special status or special package to the state. Spaking to media today after Modi's Amaravati statement, Seelam questioned Modi as to why he did not speak on special status to AP. Seelam then questioned as to why AP CM Chandrababu Naidu was unable to get Modi make an announcement on special status. Just like torching a boat after crossing a river, Modi has again deceived the people of AP, Seelam said. "Now how can we believe that Modi will sanction funds for the development of the state?," he asked.
