Chandrababu to reshuffle cabinet after capital foundation

Hyderabad, Oct 17: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu is likely to take key decisions and go in for the much-delayed cabinet reshuffle after the Amaravati foundation laying ceremony, sources said. During the past one-and-a-half years, Chandrababu is said to have collected enough reports on the performance of his ministerial colleagues. Sources believed that Chandrababu may sack at least four ministers and induct some new faces into the cabinet. It is believed that some of the TDP leaders who could not find a place in the party's executive committee could find place in the reshuffled cabinet. Some of the names being discussed for ministerial berth include Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy, Gali Muddukrishanm Naidu, T Sravan Kumar (TadiKonda) and Speaker Kodela Sivaprasada Rao, who could be replaced as speaker by Dulipala Narendra. Some of the other names doing the rounds include Magunta Srinivasa Reddy, Payyavula Kesav, MA Shariff, Gummadi Sandhya Rani and Modiyam Srinivasa Rao.
