Murali Mohan's Jayabheri to build in Amaravati

Vijayawada, Oct 16: Actor and Telugu Desam Party MP Murali Mohan's Jayabheri Properties will soon construct big residential projects near the AP's capital Amaravati. Jayabheri Pine Valley (11.5 acres) near IIIT, Jayabheri Enclave (17.4 acres) near Gachibowli, Jubilee Enclave (22.4 acres) near Madhapur and Jayabheri Silicon County (262 apartments) are some of the prestigious housing projects of the group in Hyderabad. AP State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA) had granted permission for a 1.27 lakh square metre built-up area project at Kunchanapally of Tadepalli mandal in Guntur district. The upcoming project of Jayabheri will come up in a area of 2.775 hectare. Though the village lies very close to the capital region, it does not fall in the land pooling area. Murali Mohan, promoter of Jayabheri, is a close associate of AP CM N Chandrababu Naidu.
