2 SIs arrested for threatening realtor

Hyderabad, Oct 16: The city police arrested two SIs for allegedly threatening a realtor in Alwal yesterday. While Pratap Lingam was attached to Nizamabad police station, another accused Vinayak Reddy was attached to Medak Rural police station. The two SIs overstepped their jurisdiction and intervened in a civil dispute in Alwal area in the city They reportedly threatened realtor Srinivas for registering the plot in the name of two individuals. Srinivas complained to the police that the two SIs pulled out their revolvers threatening to shoot him down. Police inquiry revealed that the two SIs threatened the realtor. Police arrested the SIs along with Raghu and Lakshminarayana in connection with the incident.
