Plea filed in HC only for deep debate on farmers' suicide: Kodandaram

Hyderabad, Oct 14: TJAC Chairman Kodandaram today said that he filed a petition in the high court only with an intention to have a deep discussion and debate on the issue of farmers' suicide. Speaking to media in Warangal today, Kodandaram said had the TRS government given an assurance in the recent assembly session so many farmers wouldn't have committed suicide. It may be recalled that Kodandaram had filed an implead petition in the HC on behalf of Telangana Vidyavantula Vedika on the issue of farmers' suicide.
