TDP doubts genuineness of Jagan's fast

Guntur, Oct 12: The Andhra Pradesh government has ordered an inquiry into the health of Leader of Opposition YS Jaganmohan Reddy who has been staging an indefinite fast for the past five days for special status to AP. Speaking to the media here yesterday, Health Minister Kamineni Srinivas said that Jagan's sugar levels rose from 59 to 79 and 83 in a couple of hours. A team of doctors from Guntur Government Hospital are monitoring the health of Jagan round the clock. TDP leaders raised doubts on the genuineness of the fast. Meanwhile, YSRCP leaders rebutted the allegations. They blamed the doctors for using old equipment to monitor the health of Jagan. They said that Jagan's sugar levels are dropping alarmingly.
