YS Jagan's personal cameraman kills, buries wife in Krishna dist
Hyderabad, Oct 8: Personal cameraman of YSRCP president YS Jaganmohan Reddy is said to have killed his wife Varalakshmi three months ago with the help of his father and buried her in Nagayalanka village of Krishna district.
Later, the cameraman, identified as Vamsi Krishna, is said to have filed a missing complaint with the help of his father Brahmaneswar Rao at the local police station on July 4. He left his son at home before filing the complaint.
However, the issue came to light now following a complaint filed by relatives of the dead woman.
According to reports, Vanshi Krishna loved and married Varalakshmi in 2012 when she was working in Hyderabad. In July, the couple came to Gorantula village for the sake of their son's 'annaprasana' function.
After the function, Vamsi Krishna left for Hyderabad on work on July 4 leaving behind his wife and son. However, on the same evening, his father filed a complaint with the local police that Varalakshmi went missing.
Ever since then police were having suspicions on Brahmaneswar Rao and were keeping an eye on him. However, he and Vamsi Krishna have been on the run.
Finally, police caught Brahmaneswar Rao and during interrogation, he confessed to have killed Varalakshmi and burying her in a forest land near Nagayalanka.
Following this, police officials assisted by officials of revenue and other departments are searching for the body of Varalakshmi. At the same time police are continuing to hunt for Vamsi Krishna.
