AgriGold Scam: HC sets up committee to sell properties

Hyderabad, Oct 05: The Hyderabad High Court today constituted a committee to sell the assets of AgriGold company. It may be noted that AgriGold defaulted deposits to investors. The case came up for hearing today. The HC constituted a three-member committee headed by a retired High Court judge to sell the properties of AgriGold. A member each from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh would be inducted into the committee. AP government has already submitted a list of seven candidates and the court directed Telangana government to forward a list containing names of five candidates. The court will issue interim orders on the case tomorrow.
