Adithi's body found, CM speaks to kin
Visakhapatnam, Oct 2: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has expressed deep sorrow over the death of six-year-old girl Sai Lavanya Adithi whose body was found on Dibbalapalem beach in Bhogapuram mandal of Vizianagaram district last night. Adithi was allegedly swept away by an overflowing drain at HB Colony in the city eight days ago. The incident occurred when she was boarding a car to return home after attending tuition. The government launched rescue measures on a massive scale to save the child, but in vain. Chandrababu, who was in Vijayawada today, spoke to Adithi's father C Srinivas on phone and consoled him. Adithi's body was shifted to King George Hospital for autopsy.
