Godrej Properties sells 4.35 lakh sq.ft. Mumbai office space for Rs 1,480 cr

Hyderabad, Oct 1: In a record-breaking property sale, Godrej Properties is said to have sold its commercial project in Mumbai having 4.35 lakh sq. ft. space for approximately Rs 1,480 crore. Godrej Properties informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it sold its commercial project Godrej BKC in Bandra Kulra Complex (BKC) Mumbai to a single buyer for Rs 1,479 crore. Sources identified as the pharma company Abbott India. Godrej Properties is said to have joined hands with Jet Airways to develop this project, which is to be ready for occupancy by mid-2016, according to Godrej Properties MD & CEO Pirojsha Godrej said.
