60,000 fans to be distributed in Narasapuram

Narasapuram (West Godavari) Sep 17: The Andhra Pradesh government has decided to distribute two energy efficient five-star rated fans to each household in Narasapuram town in West Godavari district as a part of pilot project on energy conservation, said AP State Energy Conservation Mission CEO Chandrasekhar Reddy in a press release. It may be noted that the organisation distributed LED bulbs in several corporations and municipalities in the state. According to reports, two fans each will be distributed to all the households in the town and the officials will asses the power saved due to the fans for three months and extend the project all over the state. In all, 60,000 fans would be distributed in the town.
