Toll-free number to receive complaints on tax evasion

Hyderabad, Sep 04: Telangana Commercial Tax Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav has said that government would soon set up a toll-free number to receive complaints on tax evasion. A Cabinet Sub-Committee headed by Talasani met today to discuss new commercial tax policy. Talasani said that two platoons of police were allocated to strengthen the Task Force of the department. He said that a team would tour other states to study the measures to strengthen infrastructure at check posts. Finance Minister Etela Rajender, Irrigation Minister T Harish Rao, Forest Minister Jogu Ramanna and other officials were present.
