Development is our priority, not politics: Chandrababu

Hyderabad, Aug 31: Development of Telugu people is more important than poltical power for Telugu Desam Party, said Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu He appealed to the youth not to sacrifice lives for the cause of special status to AP. Chandrababu was speaking during a debate on special state issue in AP Assembly today. Chandrababu warned that TDP would not sit quiet if YSRCP members make baseless statements. He flayed YSRCP for misleading people on special status issue. The CM alleged that Congress divided the state to ensure bail to Jaganmohan Reddy. He reiterated that people reposed faith in TDP and voted it to power. He reminded that the then Prime Minister Manmohan Singh assured special status to the state due the pressure mounted by Union Minister M Venkaiah Naidu and other BJP leaders.
