Hang those indulged in ragging: Narayana

Tirupati, Aug 12: CPI National secretary K Narayana said that those indulging in ragging should be hanged and killed. Narayana was speaking in All India Student Federation's (AISF) 80th foundation day celebrations in Tirupati today. He observed that a section of students were resorting to unethical activities in universities in the name of ragging. Narayana demanded the government to draft stringent laws to stop the menace. He regretted innocent students were taking lives due to ragging. It may be noted that ANU B Arch student Rishiteswari's suicidal death has once again sparked a big debate on ragging.
