Obama to felicitate Indian-origin entrepreneurs

Hyderabad, August 5: US President Barack Obama would soon felicitate three Indian-origin start-up entrepreneurs. They are Pravahini Bradoo of San Francisco, Mary Shastri of Michigan and Suma Reddy of New York. According to White House sources, Americans are discarding huge number of mobile phones which can occupy 50 football grounds. These used mobiles will contain precious minerals also. Pravahini Bradoo launched 'Blueoak', an electronic recycle company to remove precious minerals from the discarded mobiles. Mary Shastri is producing new generation lithium batteries with the help of material science. While Suma Reddy launched an online platform 'Wadli' to select beautiful tourist spots, based on the ratings, reviews and recommendations of friends.
