Modi suggested amendments to AP Reorganisation Act: Chandrababu

Rajahmundry, July 23: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi suggested amendments to AP State Reorganisation Act-2014. He was speaking at the Cabinet meeting here. Chandrababu said that the proposed amendments should be carefully examined and only those beneficial to the state should be accepted. Chandrababu claimed that he had not performed rituals at the place where stampede occurred. Ministers Atchennaidu and Peethala Sujatha said that there were rumours on conspiracy angle behind the stampede. The CM said that people will be consulted for shifting three villages that exist in Seed Capital Region. He said that a delegation will visit Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan as the two countries are constructing new capital cities.
