Cricketer’s wife in fake degree row
Islamabad, July 16: Pakistan politician and former cricketer Imran Khan has landed in trouble after news emerged that his wife Reham Khan possessed fake education degree. A British newspaper reported that Reham Khan’s degree in Broadcast Journalism was fake.
Reham Khan earlier said that she pursued the degree from North Lindsey College. But the college authorities said that they neither offered the course nor Reham's name was ever registered with it.
She expressed anger as the news channels in Pakistan repeatedly telecast the news.
Reham issued a clarification and changed profile on her on website where she claimed that she pursued degree in Broadcast Journalism from North Lindsey College. She later changed her education qualifications stating that she pursued Diploma in Broadcast media from Grimsby Institute Media Centre.
