Sandra bail petition hearing today
Hyderabad, July 13: The bail petition of Sattupalli MLA Sandra Venkata Veeraiah, accused in cash-for-vote case, will come up for hearing in ACB court today. Sandra, who was arrested on July 6, was in Cherlapally jail. He filed a petition in ACB court requesting bail to self. He mentioned in his petition that a case was filed against him provoked by the ruling party and he is a man who abides to the law. On the other hand, the ACB filed a counter petition, requesting the court not to grant bail to MLA Sandra as the case was at a critical stage. Both the parties will hear their arguments in the court today. Meanwhile, Sebastian and Uday Simha, accused in cash-for-vote case, have appeared before the ACB court today.
