Chandrababu convenes meet with Revenue Officials

Hyderabad, July 11: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu today convened a meet with representatives of AP Revenue Employees Association to discuss attack on Musunuru Tehsildar Vanajakshi, at the former’s residence in Hyderabad. Sources said that MRO Vanajakshi explained Chandrababu about the attack and gave details of persons involved into the incident. The Revenue employees demanded the government to arrest MLA Chintamaneni Prabhakar, his followers and gunmen and suspend SI and two police constables who stood as spectators and failed to stop the attack and withdrawal of false cases against Tehsildar Vanajakshi. The TDP is likely to issue a show-cause notice to Prabhakar. It may be noted that the Tehsildar was allegedly attacked for stopping illegal sand quarrying.
