MLA attacks lady Tahsildhar
Vijayawada, July 8: Chintamaneni Prabhakar, TDP MLA from Denduluru Assembly constituency in West Godavari district, allegedly attacked a woman MRO at Rangamapeta in Musunuru mandal of Krishna district today. MRO Vanajakshi rushed to Rangampeta sand reach on knowing about illegal sand mining. The MLAs followers prevented the MRO from entering the sand reach and informed the MLA. The MLA rushed to the sand reach and attacked the MRO and warned of dire consequences if anybody stops illegal sand mining. The police are yet to arrive at the village when the reports last came in. Eluru police opened rowdy sheet against the MLA few years ago. The MLA behaved in a rash manner with police on several occasions. He also damaged cameras of scribes who are covering the incident.
