Woman kills techie husband

Bengaluru: A woman and her paramour were arrested by the police for allegedly killing her husband and disposing the body. The prime accused Shilpa Reddy offered a sedative laced drink to husband Keshava Reddy and bludgeoned his head with a blunt weapon on Saturday. Later, she dumped the body in Kolar district on the same night. The couple hail from Andhra Pradesh and they live in Bengaluru. Shilpa is in love with her cousin Vasudev and wanted to marry him and settle abroad. The duo hatched a plan to eliminate Keshava Reddy. Keshava’s brother Tirumal grew suspicious when Shilpa called him and enquired about her husband. On the basis of call data and mobile phone location, police unraveled the mystery.
