ACB court defers for June 9 decision on Revanth's bail plea

Hyderabad, June 5 ,2015: The ACB court at Nampally here has deferred for June 9 its decision on the bail plea of TDP MLA Revanth Reddy who has been lodged in Charlapally jail on judicial remand after being arrested in cash for vote scam. When the bail plea came for hearing this morning, ACB sought time to file counter on the bail plea. Giving time till June 8, the court deferred its decision for June 9. Based on the direction of the court, the ACB has to file its counter before June 8. On the other hand, the court will take up hearing of the ACB petition seeking custody of Revanth Reddy and others later this evening.
