OU lands: Is TS govt bowing to students' demands?
Hyderabad, May 30: Is the Telangana government taking a step back on Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao's decision to use 11 acres of Osmania University land for building houses for homeless poor?
It appears so. Dispelling the fears of OU students, who have been agitating on the issue, Telangana Home Minister Nayani Narsimha Reddy said no body can grab OU lands as the lands are not anybody's personal property.
Reacting to the burning of the KCR's effigy by OU students, the minister urged the students not to be misled by political parties opposed to TRS.
He said some parties like Congress and BJP are carrying out false propaganda against the government in this regard.
