Babu writes to TN CM assuring action if police found guilty

Hyderabad, April 10, 2015: Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has written to his Tamil Nadu counterpart saying that the Government has ordered a magisterial inquiry into the killings of red sanders wood cutters in Seshachalam forests near Tirupati earlier this week. "Based on the inquiry, we will proceed further and take action if the police is found guilty," Chandrababu told TN Chief Minister Panner Selvan in his letter . Chandrababu Naidu's letter was in response to a letter written earlier by the TN Chief Minister who sought a proper probe into the killings and punishment to the police officials if they found guilty. The probe will be conducted without any delay, Chandrababu assured the TN CM and added: "The government has taken all necessary steps to complete the process of handing over the bodies to their relatives."
